Give Suite LLC Return and Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the terms for canceling or changing your GiveSuite LLC subscription.
Monthly Subscription
- Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. A 30-day written notice is required for all cancellations. Your subscription will remain active and you will be billed for the 30-day period following your cancellation notice.
- Upgrades: You have the option to upgrade from a monthly to a yearly subscription at any time. When you upgrade, your billing cycle will change to the yearly plan, and you will be credited for any remaining portion of your current monthly subscription.
Yearly Subscription
- Refunds: If you are on a yearly subscription, you may cancel and request a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial sign-up date. After this 7-day period, all payments for the yearly subscription are non-refundable.
- Changing Plans: You may not switch from a yearly subscription to a monthly subscription during the paid yearly cycle. The option to change to a monthly plan will be available only at the end of your current yearly subscription term.
General Terms
- Notice: All cancellation or plan change requests must be submitted in writing. Please contact our support team to initiate the process.
- Refund Processing: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 90 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription.
- Termination of Service: Upon cancellation, your access to GiveSuite LLC will continue until the end of your paid billing period (either the 90-day notice period for monthly plans or the remainder of the 14-day refund period for yearly plans). After this time, your service will be terminated.
